Return of the Caption Challenge

I find myself strangely fascinated by this tiny photo of Stephen Harper, which was featured prominently on Google News this morning. I haven’t seen anyone this happy since Gollum got the ring back.

The challenge is simple: write a caption to explain what our Prime Minister could be looking at that would make him so serene and content. The winner, as declared by a jury of me, gets a prize valued in the ones of dollars.
