The end of a long week dominated by bickering about the Wright-Duffy affair is nigh. Before parliamentarians rest for the weekend, they’ll duke it out a final time this morning, figuratively speaking, in the chamber.

The Senate expenses scandal will get plenty of attention, and parliamentary secretary Paul Calandra is likely to field those questions. As this week has progressed, a number of other issues related to EI, environmental policy, veterans affairs and military staffing have received more space. Expect more of that.
