One week ago, NDP Leader Tom Mulcair and Prime Minister Stephen Harper faced off in the House of Commons for a stunning series of questions and answers that breathed new life into Question Period. Mulcair’s still asking many of the same questions now as  he was a week ago, so expect another round—perhaps not as captivating—during this afternoon’s session.
