I assume this is the mayor of Whistler.

These are Duh Hockey Guys, who have been entertaining folks along the Whistler Stroll. Unlike with many street performers, I do not have to place quotes around the word entertain, because they’re actually pretty funny.

See those Olympic rings in the previous photograph? Within a couple hours of Nodar Kumaritashvili’s death on the luge track, someone had placed a memorial underneath the rings...

... and within a day it had grown.
