The Odd Couple: Ivan Reitman and Atom Egoyan

They are two Canadians from opposite ends of the cinematic spectrum—Hollywood legend Ivan Reitman, who gave us Ghostbusters and Twins, and Oscar-nominated auteur Atom Egoyan, who gave us Exotica and The Sweet Hereafter. At the risk of rupturing the space-time continuum, Ivan and Atom have joined forces to shoot Chloe, a remake of an erotic French movie. Brian D. Johnson interviewed them on the set of Chloe in Toronto—and shot a video of them being photographed for Maclean’s by Hasnain Dattu on location at the Windsor Arms Hotel.
