Nash and Topp on the environment

On Wednesday, Peggy Nash released her platform on the environment and climate change. Today, Brian Topp offers his plan. Thomas Mulcair, Paul Dewar and Nathan Cullen previously tabled their green platforms.

All five endorse cap-and-trade. Both Ms. Nash and Mr. Topp want to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 80% from 1990 levels by the year 2050 (which matches the NDP’s last election platform).
