Evan Solomon speaks to Tim Powers about the leadership of the NDP and Conservatives

All this while Tom Mulcair fights for his political life at the NDP leadership review in Edmonton. To help make sense of the busy week, Evan Solomon speaks with Tim Powers, vice chairman of Summa Strategies.
